INGREDIENTS:
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1-16 oz can cream corn
- ¼ cup oil
- ¼ cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup Rustlin' Rob's Whole Grain Cornmeal
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup crawfish chopped
- 1 small jalapeno, chopped
- 1 tsp Rustlin' Rob's Very Very Hot Sauce ( or use 1 tbsp for a little more heat)
- butter or baking oil
DIRECTIONS:
- In a large bowl mix all ingredients. Pour into a greased pan. Bake in a 9x12 pan at 375 for 45 to 55 minutes or until golden brown. After 35-40 minutes cover it with foil and let it bake for another 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
