INGREDIENTS:
- 1 jar of Rustlin' Rob's Sweet Potato Butter
- 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp instant espresso powder or dark roast instant coffee
- 2 tsp Rustlin' Rob's Mexican Vanilla
- 4 cups ice
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine the Sweet Potato Butter, evaporated milk, maple syrup, espresso powder, Mexican Vanilla, and ice in a blender. Blend on high until completely blended and smooth. Pour and serve immediately.
