INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb ground ostrich
- 1/2 onion finely diced
- Rustlin' Rob's Sriracha Horseradish Garnishing Squeeze
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix ostrich meat and onions together. Roll into balls and flatten to make patties.
- Grill on high for 2 min on each side.
- Take off grill and set aside.
- Assemble burger as desired and add ostrich patty when ready.
- Top patty with Rustlin' Rob's Sriracha Horseradish Garnishing Squeeze and enjoy!
