INGREDIENTS:
- 15 oz. can chickpeas, drained
- ¼ cup tahini
- 1/3 cup Rustlin’ Rob’s Dirty Jalapeno Olive Relish
- ½ medium lemon, juiced
- ¼ cup fresh parsley
- ¼ cup olive oil (or more as needed, until smooth)
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor until combined into a smooth paste.
- Top with additional olive relish, and a drizzle of olive oil if desired.
