INGREDIENTS:
- 1 14-16 oz bag coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup red pepper diced
- 1/2 cup black beans rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/2 cup minced cilantro
- 1 jalapeno seeds removed and finely diced
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup Rustlin' Rob's Taco Taco Seasoning
- 2 tbsp lime juice
DIRECTIONS:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine coleslaw mix, red pepper, black beans, corn, cilantro, and jalapeño.
- In a separate small bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, Rustlin’ Rob’s Taco Taco Seasoning, and lime juice.
- Add mayo mixture to coleslaw mixture and stir to combine.
