INGREDIENTS:
- 1 hambone
- 7 cups water
- 5 slices of bacon- chopped
- 1 + ½ cup diced ham
- 2 tbsp Rustlin’ Rob’s Rattlesnake Bite Seasoning
- 6 garlic cloves- minced
- 1 small onion- diced
- 2 celery sticks- chopped
- 1 cucumber- chopped
- 2 carrots- chopped
- 1 potato-peeled & diced
- 2 cans white beans- rinsed & drained
- ¼ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
- Chop bacon, then sauté.
- Cut up all veggies.
- Combine bacon, veggies, hambone, ham, water, and spices into slow cooker.
- Cook on high heat for 3.5 hours.
