INGREDIENTS:
- 1 roll Puff Pastry, thawed
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced in rounds
- 1 egg. whisked (for egg wash)
- Rustlin’ Rob’s Cinnamon honey Butter
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Roll out the pastry into a sheet.
- Spread on a thin layer of almost melted honey butter.
- Line a row of banana slices from one side to the other.
- Roll up the sheet of pastry to cover the line of banana slices. Continue this process until the roll is complete.
- Slice the roll in to ½ - 1 inch pinwheels.
- Place them flat side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush each pinwheel with egg wash.
- Bake for about 20 - 25 minutes until baked though and golden.
- Melt about 3 tablespoons of Rustlin' Rob’s Cinnamon Honey Butter and drizzle over the top of pinwheels as desired.
- Serve warm.
