Rustlin Robs Gourmet Food

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 roll Puff Pastry, thawed
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced in rounds
  • 1 egg. whisked (for egg wash)
  • Rustlin’ Rob’s Cinnamon honey Butter
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Roll out the pastry into a sheet.
  3. Spread on a thin layer of almost melted honey butter.
  4. Line a row of banana slices from one side to the other.
  5. Roll up the sheet of pastry to cover the line of banana slices. Continue this process until the roll is complete.
  6. Slice the roll in to ½ - 1 inch pinwheels.
  7. Place them flat side down on a baking sheet.
  8. Brush each pinwheel with egg wash.
  9. Bake for about 20 - 25 minutes until baked though and golden.
  10. Melt about 3 tablespoons of Rustlin' Rob’s Cinnamon Honey Butter and drizzle over the top of pinwheels as desired.
  11. Serve warm.
