INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 to 2 lbs boneless pork chops
  • 2 cups sliced carrots
  • 1 jar Rustlin' Rob's Avocado Tomatillo Salsa
  • 1 cup chopped onion
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add pork, and cook 3-5 minutes (or until browned on both sides).
  2. Place carrots in a slow cooker, and top with pork. Pour salsa over pork. Add onion, and cover.
  3. Cook on high for 6 to 8 hours.
