INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 to 2 lbs boneless pork chops
- 2 cups sliced carrots
- 1 jar Rustlin' Rob's Avocado Tomatillo Salsa
- 1 cup chopped onion
DIRECTIONS:
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add pork, and cook 3-5 minutes (or until browned on both sides).
- Place carrots in a slow cooker, and top with pork. Pour salsa over pork. Add onion, and cover.
- Cook on high for 6 to 8 hours.
