INGREDIENTS:
- 3/4 cup Rustlin' Rob's Tejas Black Bean & Corn Salsa
- 1 can refried beans
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened and sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded mexican cheese
- 1/2 medium red onion, chopped
- Tortilla chips for serving
DIRECTIONS:
- Use 8 x 8 baking dish. Spread refried beans on the bottom of the pan, then the cream cheese slices, then the salsa, then the red onion on top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Use your choice of tortilla chips and enjoy.
