INGREDIENTS:
- 1 jar Rustlin' Rob' Pickled Jalapeños, halved lengthwise, seeded
- 1 + 1/4 cups crunchy peanut butter
- Cilantro for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
- Drain jar and slice jalapenos in half, lengthwise. Remove all seeds.
- Fill each half of jalapeno with approximately 1 tbsp of peanut butter. Place on serving platter and top with fresh cilantro.
