INGREDIENTS:
- 1 (12 oz) can Albacore tuna in water, drained, flaked
- 6 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1-2 tbsp Rustlin’ Rob’s Ghost Chili Salsa (it’s HOT so go easy at first)
- 2-3 tbsp finely chopped onion
- 4 tbsp Rustlin’ Rob’s Sweet Hot Jalapeno Relish
- 2 slices Havarti cheese, per sandwich
- sliced whole-wheat sandwich bread
- green-leaf lettuce
- tomato slices
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine tuna, mayonnaise, Ghost Chili Salsa, Sweet Hot Jalapeno Relish and onion in a medium bowl.
- Toast Bread.
- Spread desired amount of tuna mixture on 1 slice of bread. Top with a lettuce leaf, tomato, cheese, and other slice of bread.
- Store left over tuna in refrigerator.
